Before placing an order please read and agree to the terms below.
All of the items in my shop are naturally hand-dyed by me in my studio, a slow and conscious process that takes time and care.
I’ll ship as soon as I can if your item is in stock but please allow up to 2 weeks for your item to be posted out if it is dyed to order. If you need an item sooner or by a specific date, please get in touch with me at info@susannah-mitchell.com.
For international orders outside the UK, a customs charge may be applicable depending on country. Taxes are not added at checkout so as a customer, you are responsible for any additional customs charges issued.

Returns and Exchanges
I can accept returns within 3 working days of your item arriving with you. If you would like to swap your item for another colour/size, please get in touch with me at info@susannah-mitchell. Please make sure your returned item is unworn, unused and in it’s original packaging. The cost of return shipping should be organised and paid for by the customer. If the item does not meet the terms of return, I withhold the right to deny a return. If the returned item does meet these terms, the full sale amount minus the original shipping cost will be refunded to the card used to make the purchase. Please note that items damaged through wear and tear or incorrect care (see Care Guide) will not be considered faulty and eligible for refund.
